Happy Friday! I go on holiday in less than a week woo!! Have I got everything sorted? Nope? But I think all my toiletries are out the way and I always find that the most annoying part. Am I the only one that plans outfits for every evening?! I know that sounds really over the top but it does help me pack sensibly and means I'm not literally throwing everything into my suitcase (at the very last minute I will probably end up doing that though!)
For now it's another outfit! River Island launched this gorgeous festival style jacket around the beginning of summer but it quickly sold out. But luckily it is now back in stock! I also purchased the same jacket in black (I blogged it here), but I do love how this one looks gorgeous with denim blue colours. On the website it is described as a kimono (it fits like a jacket), and it also states it is a 'relaxed fit'. Can I just say I had to SIZE UP in this, so please don't make the same mistake as me and order a small size thinking it will be oversized because it sure as hell isn't relaxed! I'm normally a 10-12 in jackets and I'm wearing the 12.
So I'm styling it with these gorgeous dip dye shorts from Topshop. I spotted these in Oxford Circus a few weeks ago and I have eventually got round to buying them because I really want to take them on holiday! I also needed to size up. I always find that Topshop never size shorts well for people that have hips so I'm just accepting that these are a little baggy on the waist but I definitely couldn't get the size 10's on! Even if I did I highly doubt they would cover up the gibble so these are better suited for out and about!
The shoes that I am wearing have also been a favourite and I've worn them loads! They are from Miss Pap and right now they have a massive espradilles selection online. I love the lace up design but they are currently sold out so I have linked some similar below.
