Layer less, but keep things statement!

Although it looks like a glorious and pleasant summers evening, it was actually seven degrees when we shot this outfit, hence why I'm wearing a coat! Admittedly this aztec print one from River Island was purchased back in November but I've only blogged this once! I thought I should give it another appearance since it has been a while.  I think coats are perfectly acceptable still at this time but in my eyes, the knitwear is on the way out! Layer less, but keep things statement is my motto! So instead of a jumper I am wearing this Missguided ribbed lace up bodysuit.  Missguided may have blipped the other day (the website was down all day because they offered half price discount, what they did think was going to happen!?!) But their selection of bodysuits at the moment are on point! I've ended up ordering the plunge high neck  bodysuit in black and white so they will be on the blog soooon!
These cut out suede shoes from Rebellious Fashion are made for walking! They are a comfy heel height (four inches, but they feel a lot less) and they also come in faux leather. Check out their website because they have a massive selection of shoes and their New in Section has some especially gorgeous tops and dresses!
I also found out yesterday that Topshop are now making their Joni jeans in a new and improved 'holding power' fit. I honestly do not know how the Joni jeans can get better because I think the fit of them is PERFECT! Looking at the reviews the holding power seems to fit more snug in certain areas for a more flattering look? I am seriously intrigued! Has anyone bought them?

  1. Very nice outfit, especially for switching up the layering game! Wearing all my go to colours as well lately xD I don't know what it is about black, white and grey that draws me in so much, I just love how versatile the colours are!
