Evening all! This is my last LFW outfit to show you but I hope I saved one of the best looks til last! This was the outfit I originally wore on the Friday to LFW but we never ended up getting to Soho because we had a nightmare with our apartment! Not to worry, and I'm happy that I was able to shoot this still, but just in the comfort of my Oxfordshire area ha!
Okay lets discuss this amazing gilet! I bought it from River Island when there was a 25% discount code in ELLE magazine. It is pretty expensive for a gilet but once I received it in the post I couldn't get over how gorgeous it looked in person! The ombre colours make this gilet feel luxurious and it is a very thick material, almost like a mongonlian texture? I also love how long it is and its a gorgeous oversized fit. If you can afford it, then GET IT! It will look amazing with roll neck number and skinny jeans.
I was originally going to wear it with a white blouse and skirt, but then I looked on Pretty Little Thingand came across this playsuit 2 days before going to London. I KNEW I had to wear this! I love the split sleeves, and the lace up design at the front. The only thing I'm questioning is I'm convinced mine shrunk in the wash?! It was short to begin with. but I think after washing it, it has made the fabric at the front shorter than the inside lining (I hope you can't notice, I was stretching the fabric constantly!). The label does say 100% cotton and washed it on the instructions but if you do buy this, make sure you stretch the fabric out when its damp, so it doesn't loose its shape. Apart from that, its a bargain and it would also be great for going out!
The knee high boots from Public DesireHAD to be worn! They have a tie up at the top of the calf to hold these boots up and they are such a lovely colour. I think I need these in black also.
