Evening! Just wanted to firstly say, if anyone saw my Instagram post yesterday about world mental health day, I WILL be doing a blog post on my past experiences involving this invisible illness. I was planning to post it tonight but I think I need to be in the right frame of mind want to make sure that it covers the issue, but also make it interesting to read (as in, I don't want it to be negative and off putting!) So bare with me and I should post it this week.
I quickly shot this look today! The weekend here has been rather glorious and a rather pleasant temperature. I purchased this gorgeous grey shearling jacket from River Island when I was in chester and I'm so happy with it! Its a lovely soft material and very cosy. I don't think I can wear it out and about just yet because I get warm quickly but when it gets chilly then I will opt for this jacket! The sizing isn't generous because the inside lining is thick, so I did size up for anyone that is considering buying this. Whats also great is that they do this jacket in brown and black too (already eyeing up the brown one, it has cream fur!)
I wanted to keep the outfit practical and casual. This outfit I would genuinely wear for a day look, or even for an evening meal. I borrows the sisters top again from ASOS, because its so versatile and is a flattering but loose fit.
The grey knee high boots from Spy Love Buy were the perfect shade to match the jacket! I'm going to be honest, these do have a tie up lace on the lace to 'stop them from falling down', but as you can see in the close up, they ARE FALLING DOWN! I think you have to tie these up so tight that they block your blood circulation to keep them upright! Other than that, they are comfy and love the colour of them!
ALSO guys! I have been shortlisted in this years Cosmopolitan Blog awards for 'Best for Fashion' category. If anyone would like to vote all you have to do is click here, and I'm on the second page! It takes less than a minute! Thank you and I massively appreciate it <3
