The Autumnal statement..

Jacket // Missguided
Jumper // Missguided
Culottes // Topshop (see similar)
Boots // Boohoo

Hello!!
This has probably been one of my favourite outfits so far! Everything about it just works together so nicely. I wouldn't have changed this outfit at all, and would happily wear this out for the day where I want to look extra stylish!
I fell in love with the jacket straight away! The colour is a gorgeous autumnal oxblood colour and the fit is slouchy but a flattering cropped length. They have this jacket in other colours on the website, so if you aren't a fan of oxblood, then do have a look!
The jumper has also been another favourite of mine and its a gorgeous fit!! Not everyone would like a jumper to be cropped, but with these high wasted culottes, they do the job so well! The knitwear isn't itchy either and so easy to wear.  Missguided also have a full length grey one click here to look!
I originally wore the culottes to London Fashion but they are one of my favourite items that I've purchased this year! I'm not surprised they sold out so quickly on Topshop but I hope they bring them back! I would even consider going down a size because even I have to pin these size 10 ones. They are perfect to make any outfit look edgy and they are so easy to help make an outfit look boyish, or girly.
The grey chunky boots colour matched the jumper and I'm happy I purchased these. I was wondering if I would get enough wear out of them, but they would go with any blue or black skinny jeans and I do tend to wear black boots all the time throughout the winter! I must get out of this habit I'm not a massive shoe fan!
We took these photographs on my old school grounds and my Mum and I just decided to 'attempt' to do some creative shots that didn't involve just standing straight! As you can see the prop for today was a bench! Ha!  She cannot stand that all blogger photographs look repetitive and samey, and I do half agree with her. I would love to try more magazine editorial shots and Ive ripped out so many magazine ads with models posing just to give me a few ideas. But we shall see in the weeks to come if my photographs look better..or worse ha! If you never try these things you never know!

  2. Love the colour of this jacket - On the website it doesn't look anything like this colour, it's got much more of a fuscia look to it - So thanks for showing this one!! You look great & I totally agree with you about blogger photographs. It's difficult sometimes, especially now it's getting colder & the nights are getting darker earlier - But we should all try & do something that little bit different :-) Awesome post as always!
