So on the second day in Barcelona we did a typical tourist activity and got on the site seeing bus! This is definitely worth using if you do go to Barcelona because all the main site seeing buses had different routes to different attractions, so you could pick and choose how long you wanted the route to be. Our route..was 2 hours long! It was great because you could jump on and off at any stop, so one of the places we stopped off was the 'Pedralbes Gardens and Palace'. Basically it was a huge garden/park area with the most gorgeous plants and scenery and it was quiet and peaceful. This park would have been perfect for a picnic! But in this instance, it was a great opportunity to take photos!
I loooooooooveed this look! I think it's because I don't ever wear maxi skirts but when I saw this online, I immediately knew it would be perfect for Barcelona. The print is summery, and its a lightweight jersey material. I love the side splits also. Means you can have some subtle leg showing whilst strutting about! I did size down in this (wearing the 8), because it is stretchy material. I think this also looks best with heels because this skirt was even long on me! If I wore flats the skirt would have just been rubbing on the ground and getting ruined!
Wore another fedora hat! This one I especially love because of the cute elephant chain. It's seriously worth it for £25 if you are considering a fedora hat, and would be excellent for any festivals this month. It's slightly bigger than the River Island one I previously wore, but it fitted my head absolutely fine.
I reaaallyy wanted to wear my brown fringe suede jacket from Missguided, but it was literally so boiling that day. In a way I wished I just carried it, because the colours would have looked so nice together but hey ho. Its a gorgeous jacket, and also looks especially nice with black skinnies!
The scuba bralet was also a great purchase. It was slightly too small for me (hence it riding up in some photographs!) But the straps were slightly big even on this one so the size 12 would have not sat right at all! It does the job perfectly with this look though ^^.
The shoes I'm wearing have been my favourite summer shoes this year, by far! They are so, so comfy and they are such a lovely simple sandal, but very statement at the same time. I would happily buy these in white if I had the money and would recommend these to anyone!
Gaaahh editing all these photographs and typing it up is making me miss Barcelona so bad!! This has been one of the best places Ive ever visited. If anyone would like me to make more of a personal blog post about barcelona and less fashion based then I'll happily do so :)
