I feel like so much has happened since I last blogged!! Creamfields happened a week ago (OMG CALVIN HARRIS WAS FRIGGIN AMAZING!) Then a couple of days later it was mine and Matt's city break to Barcelona! I could literally recommend this place to anyone and I even preferred it more to Paris. We only needed to take a Taxi once because everything was in walking distance! There was even a Police Station 2 minutes down the road (which I needed because I lost my debit card and driving license on the 2nd night, whoopsie!)
I especially loved going to Barcelona zoo because we hired out a mini golf car for an hour and enjoyed whizzing around the zoo at 5mph, getting in the way of families! Ha!

So this is what I wore to the Zoo!! Okay the Jacket didn't stay on for too long because it was blooming warm that day! But it would have been perfect to wear in the evenings because it did get cooler then.
The dress is gorgeous!! I love the embroidery detail and think the straps make this dress a little extra special. I was especially over the moon because, IT WAS LONG! Ive had the issue in the past where my 5ft 8 frame has been too tall for some of the dresses by Missguided, and some of these dresses have been unacceptable to wear in public. But I was able to to prance around in this dress without any worries! The length was perfect for me, but it may be slightly longer for anyone thats 5 ft 5 or shorter..
The jacket went with this dress perfectly, and I imagined them going together from the start. Its a very lightweight jacket and easy to throw over if you need something to cover your arms on a cooler day. Its lovely quality even though the material does seem lightweight.  Especially love that the fringing is on the sleeves! Will still get plenty of wear out of this through the Autumn if we have an indian summer!
Decided to wear the fedora hat, again!! Ha, it went well with the black embroidery on the dress and the shoes! You have to remember that hats aren't just a fashion staple, and in actual fact covered my head very well in the Barcelona heat! It was a lovely size hat and stayed securely on my head throughout the day (that might be because I have a big head..awks)
The shoes are also so, so comfy!! I like the unique shape and cut to them and they also look great with jeans! I wore these for over 5 hours and they have never given me blisters or have rubbed my feet what so ever!
Okay I think I have waffled enough now, another blog post from Barcelona coming soon!
